We have several class times throughout the day for your convenience with Open Gym times available as well. We follow a 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off prescription but, understand that this does not work for everyone.Thursday is a scheduled rest day, we do not run Group Classes but Open Gym is available as well as Weightlifting lead by a USAW Sports Performance Coach. Workouts are written on the whiteboard for athletes to do or they can choose to something of their own. There is a coach available for assistance, this day can also be used as active recovery at the gym as well as mobility and ROMWOD
